Guest Responsibility for Damages

• Guests are responsible for any damage to property during their stay.
• All damage must be reported to management immediately.
• Costs for repair or replacement will be charged to the guest’s credit card on file.

Security Deposit (if applicable)

• A refundable security deposit may be required at check-in.
• If no damage is found at checkout, the full deposit will be refunded.

Liability for Personal Injuries and Property Loss

• The resort is not liable for any personal injury or property loss incurred during your stay.
• Guests are encouraged to store valuables in the provided in-room safe.

Public Areas and Common Facilities

• Guests must use public areas and facilities responsibly.
• Any damage to shared spaces (e.g., lobby, pool, garden) will be charged to the responsible party.

Legal Action and Enforcement

• The resort reserves the right to take legal action for damages exceeding the security deposit.
